» "Good words screen not a head…..Adopt a roof!" « • O.M.G. Mato Grosso Project (OPERAZIONE MATO GROSSO) To support all the activities going on in many south american Missions many groups of boys and girls from different parts of Italy join "CAMPI DI LAVORO" which means to make some jobs to collect money to send to Missions. In "CAMPI DI LAVORO" people make different kind of jobs as for example : cleaning, working some hours in restaurants, repairing roads, collecting old clothes, and all they find to do. All the activities and developing of Missions in Perù, Ecuador, Brasile, Bolivia are realized thanks to this people and meny other generous persons who help them with donations. In South America there are many expeditions where voluntaries from OMG (singles,family,preasts) realize projects in educational,religious, social,medical,sanitary,agricultural fields. All voluntatries offer his job for free. Every summer young people who wish it can reach the Missions and stay there to work for 4 month. In Perù OMG has many comunities, one of them is in San Luis and is the one where our Massimo lives and works. |
